These Terms govern your use of Color Styling Studio (the "Tool") at thesewingstylist.com, operated by The Sewing Stylist, an individual based in Portugal. By using the Tool you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use it.

The Tool

Color Styling Studio is a free tool to pick a colour, generate a classic colour scheme, personalise a palette, and colour a fashion figure. It runs entirely in your browser. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

Your content

Images you upload and the palettes and designs you create are yours. We claim no ownership of them — and in fact we never receive them, as they stay in your browser. You are responsible for having the right to use any image you upload.

Our content

The Tool itself — its software, design, colour engine, illustrations, and "The Sewing Stylist" branding — is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property law. You may freely use the Tool and your own outputs (including for commercial styling work), but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Tool itself, or reverse-engineer it, without our permission.

Acceptable use

Use the Tool lawfully, and don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or misuse it.

No warranty

The Tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Colour appearance varies between screens, and the Tool's suggestions are a creative aid, not professional colour or styling advice. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this free Tool. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory statutory consumer rights).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and disputes are subject to the courts of Portugal — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you enjoy where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
